I have been doing business in the Burlington and surrounding areas for over 30 years, and I have resided in the Burlington area for over 45 years! I purchased my first single family home in Waterdown in 1980 where i raised my family...Donna Hammond, wife of 34 years and owner of Merry Maids, Brad, 25, currently attending medical school in Philadelphia, and Justin, 22, currently attending college in North Bay.
After successfully owning and managing Servicemaster of Burlington as a fire and water damage specialist, for over 15 years, I decided to enter the residential real estate market as a sales professional. This had been a passion of mine for many years and successfully completed the three phase program and articling period. I have developed a niche as a "First Time" home buyer specialist, but enjoy all phases of real estate including my other specialization in commercial/industrial real estate sales too! Being a multiple property owner myself, I felt that this was an area of study that would benefit my own real estate portfolio and others looking to develop a similar program.
I am also active in the community. I have coached minor football in the Flamborough area for over 15 years, including Wentworth Minor football, Ontario Varsity Football League, and Waterdown District High School. I have also coached baseball in Waterdown and Carlisle, been a contributing member to the Carlisle Optimists and a Scout leader too! I currently the Vice-President of the BNI - Integrity Connections.
